Recent Hotel Monasterio Review: "My wife and I stayed for one night at the hotel in July 2011. All I can say is every person should stay at this hotel for at least one night. Two would be better because it has so much to see. The hotel is a converted monastery. They did a great job in the conversion keeping with the original design of the building. The building is enormous. The service  is impeccable. We had a room with the oxygen pumped in. We believe that it did help with sleeping. We stayed in a two room suite. The upper room was a living area and the downstairs the sleeping room. The breakfast was included and very nice. We cannot express how impressed with everything. We highly recommend this hotel.."
