| everything was great about this hotel. the front desk staff was helpful and accomodating and the bar and restaurant was super luxurious and the breakfast was delicious. wish we could have stayed longer. |

| The incredible ambiance and character of this place made me just want to sit and soak it all in. Coming from Panama where service is non existent, I can't say enough about the attentive and friendly staff here. Impeccably trained and what you'd expect from an Orient Express hotel. While the cost is not cheap, the value is a bargain for those who appreciate the finer things in life. |

| We loved it! Shared room with husband/wife and our 24 year old son in the top section. Luxurious and unforgetable. If we ever go back that is the only place we would stay! Historic, fascinating, and fabulous. |

| 修道院を改築した落ち着いたホテルでクスコ中心のあるます広場にも近接しており、空調も完備しており快適であった。中窓から見える町の景色も良かった |

| My wife and I stayed for one night at the hotel in July 2011. All I can say is every person should stay at this hotel for at least one night. Two would be better because it has so much to see. The hotel is a converted monastery. They did a great job in the conversion keeping with the original design of the building. The building is enormous. The service is impeccable. We had a room with the oxygen pumped in. We believe that it did help with sleeping. We stayed in a two room suite. The upper room was a living area and the downstairs the sleeping room. The breakfast was included and very nice. We cannot express how impressed with everything. We highly recommend this hotel.. |

| Cerca de Museos, de la Plaza de Armas, los mejores restaurantes, Catedrales, mercado artesanal, se llega caminando desde el hotel a sitios de interes en la zona histórica de Cuzco. El hotel brinda una atmósfera tranquila con cantos gregorianos de fondo permanentes, dentro del hotel puedes comprar joyas de plata y tejidos, ofrece servicios de masajes, prácticos después de una larga jornada y el restaurante ofrece platos muy exquisitos y capilla si quieres orar. |
