Well recommend for any one, absolute immaculate and the employes are charm, well educate and very helpfully !!! I will recommend this hotel to any one !!!

The hotel was fine, but with so many nice-sounding places in Cusco I suspect I could have done better for the money. Front desk service very impersonal. Room fine but bed not very comfortable. No conditioner in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn't that great. The tea in the lobby was nice though and there are some nice shops in the hotel for last-minute gifts etc.
